What to include
Pick the closest of the seven subjects in the form: help choosing a course, a complaint or investigation, course access, certificates and verification, invoices and refunds, group purchases, or something else. Then add the details that let us answer in one reply:
- Access or orders: the email address you used at checkout.
- Certificates: the certificate number, in the form HP-7K2M-9QXA, and the course title.
- Help choosing: your profession, your licensing authority and what you want the course to cover.
- Group purchases: the courses you are interested in and the number of staff.
Confidentiality
Messages go straight to our support inbox and are not stored on this website. We do not share them with employers or licensing authorities.
If you are writing about a complaint or investigation, do not send patient names, medical records or case documents. We can help you choose a course, but we cannot advise on your case; your medical liability insurer or a lawyer can.
