When a complaint, an investigation or a request for training is the reason you are here, choose by the concern that was raised rather than by profession. The core course for professionals facing a complaint, investigation or disciplinary action covers ethics, professionalism, insight and reflection in one 4-hour course; the complaints and remediation group has shorter courses on insight, reflective statements, remediation planning and rebuilding trust. A course does not replace advice from your medical liability insurer or a lawyer.
There are 31 courses in five groups: ethics and professionalism by profession; law, liability and conduct; consent, privacy and communication; records, prescribing and patient safety; and complaints, investigations and remediation.
