Our courses are not accredited by any UAE authority and do not award CME or CPD credits. When a complaint, an investigation or a request for training is the reason you are here, choose by the concern that was raised rather than by profession. The core course for professionals facing a complaint, investigation or disciplinary action covers ethics, professionalism, insight and reflection in one 4-hour course; the complaints and remediation group has shorter courses on insight, reflective statements, remediation planning and rebuilding trust. A course does not replace advice from your medical liability insurer or a lawyer.
There are 31 courses in five groups: ethics and professionalism by profession; law, liability and conduct; consent, privacy and communication; records, prescribing and patient safety; and complaints, investigations and remediation. Each course page lists the UAE laws and authority standards it covers and the professions it was written for.

UAE law and UAE standards. Lessons cite the federal laws, cabinet resolutions and authority documents by name and year, for example Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 on Medical Liability and the DHA Standards for Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Where authorities differ, the lesson says so and tells you to follow your own.
